Founded in 1951 by Rudolf Smend+, the Zeitschrift für evangelisches Kirchenrecht covers all problems and aspects of Protestant church law und state law relating to religion, mainly in the Federal Republic of Germany. The Zeitschrift für evangelisches Kirchenrecht is published four times a year.
